More than Two decades ago, an individual dreamt of constructing quality homes for the people of Jaipur and during the course of time his family with diverse calibers and expertise joined this cause. Even today his eldest son is continuing his legacy and actively pursuing this dream, a dream to give Rajasthan the finest residential & commercial infrastructure & to deliver an extensive living experience to the residents of this colorful state. Years later, even after changing the entire landscape of Jaipur the company is still thriving with the same fervor for their vision as they did earlier.

LATE SH.GIRISH DHANUKA – FOUNDER

This eminent personality laid down the foundation of the now renowned Dhanuka Group. It was only through his commitment to deliver ‘a better life’ that Dhanuka Group was able to create a niche for itself in the real estate arena of Jaipur. He was also involved in many spiritual and social activities, pursuing the path of better life for everyone. He left for his heavenly abode in June 2021 but his legacy is continuing and his values are deeply rooted in the day to day affairs of the group. Credited with raising the living standard of Jaipur’s residents at large, Lt. Shri Girish Dhanuka passed his vision to his son and the present C.E.O. Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka.

YOGESH DHANUKA – C.E.O.

Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka, the Chief Executive Officer of the company is a finance graduate and a maven of Land, Revenue & Real Estate Regulations. He looks after the overall operations and smooth functioning of the group primarily monitoring the legal, liaising and construction activities. Under his prudent leadership, Dhanuka Group has multiplied its top and bottom line and scaling new heights every year. Publically, he is well-known for his networking abilities and socializing nature. He is the person behind all construction activities, government approvals and representation of group at various forums.

Aditya Malpani – Executive Director

Mr. Aditya Malpani is working as Executive Director in the group, he has over 17 years of experience in the field of Real Estate, Banking & FMCG sector. He has done his post-graduation in Business Administration along with various certification courses for enhancing his subject domain. His excellent interpersonal skills is an added advantage for the organization to negotiate new business deals and close sales. His expertise in both offline and online marketing along with strong business acumen for strategizing and executing extensive business development plans is carving the way ahead for the organization.

Sunil Kumar Sharma – Chief Engineer

Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma is working as our chief engineer and looking after the overall construction activities in the group. He joined Dhanuka Group in the year 2006 and since then he is providing his valuable inputs and proficient knowledge to execute architectural drawings into realistic marvels. He comes from a sound civil engineering background.

Ankit Sain – Company Secretary

Mr. Ankit Sain is our Company Secretary with an impressive track record of 8 years in the field. A proud alumnus of Rajasthan University, he holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree and currently pursuing a Ph.D. A proficient multitasker, he seamlessly integrates his skills into both company secretarial and accounting realms. With a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, he efficiently handles regulatory compliance matters, while also managing the intricacies of the accounts department. His astute financial acumen and meticulous attention to details makes him an invaluable asset in steering the company towards success.

Mahendra Kumar Jangid – Office Administrator

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jangid isthe administrative manager at Dhanuka Group and associated with us since year 2010. He oversee the seamless functioning of our workplace, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment. From coordinating daily operations to managing resources, his role is pivotal in maintaining a productive workspace. He implement and streamline administrative processes to enhance workflow, creating an optimal atmosphere for team collaboration and success.

Amit Sharma – Principal Contractor

Mr. Amit Sharma is associated with Dhanuka Group as our Principle Contractor and has contributed in almost every project of the company since 2010. He is a diploma holder in civil engineering and has robust knowledge of the field of construction. His valuable advice, sound technical analysis about construction and on-site labor deployment ensures construction quality and on-time delivery of our projects.
