1. Yogesh Dhanuka

Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka aged 47 years is the Chairman cum Managing Director of our Company. He joined our Company since incorporation in 2008 and is associated with it since then. He holds Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from Rajasthan University and has an overall experience of 20 years in the real estate industry. He looks after legal and construction activities of the Company. He routinely analyses, prepare, prosecute and defend claims, review and negotiate agreements, mediate, arbitrate and litigate suits on behalf of the Company.

2. Mrs. Shraddha Jain

Mrs. Shraddha Jain, aged 46 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director in our company. She has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director on our board on October 10th,2022. She holds a degree of Bachelor and has an experience of more than 7 years.

3. Mr. Aditya Malpani

Mr. Aditya Malpani aged 39 years,is an Executive Director and CFO in our company. He has been appointed as Executive Director on our board on October 10th, 2022. He holds a degree of PGDM and has an experience of more than 16 years.

4. Mr. Dheeraj Borad

Mr. Dheeraj Borad aged 41 years, is an Non-executive Independent Director in our company. He has been appointed as Independent Director on our Board on September 30th, 2021. He is a Chartered Accountant and a senior partner in Manish Borad and co, having experience of more than 13 years.
